Due to staffing shortages since Covid-19 we cannot guarantee the “cut” of lefse you choose will be available. This issue is beyond our control. We can ensure your order will contain the “amount or pounds” of lefse ordered. However, we reserve the right to substitute another cut in order to fill your order in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and shopping local.
Additionally, please note that UPS and USPS do not guarantee the shipment of perishable items. This means that GRANRUD’S LEFSE is not responsible for items that are not delivered on time due to UPS or USPS shipping delays.
Shipping delays due to the shipping company must be addressed with the shipping company. We do not refund or replace products delayed due to a shipping company error or delay.
If you experience an issue with a shipping company delay, you will need to address this with the shipping company directly.
GRANRUD’S LEFSE is not responsible for the replacement or refund of orders that leave our facility on time, ship via the selected method, and in the correct quantity.
If you have not received your order, please refer to the tracking information provided. If the tracking information states that your order has been delivered, you will have 7 days from the delivery date, to contact us and alert us if there is an issue. The sooner you alert us and the shipping company, the quicker we can attempt to assist you. Orders that are marked as delivered 30+ days prior, are not subject to a refund.
